The Journal of Fundamental and Applied Business Research is inviting graduates and faculty of Liberty University to submit their research on the issues related to business administration, leadership, and organizational behavior. The proposed research topics include but are not limited to:
- Organizational culture and climate
- Leadership behavior and employee morale
- Followership
- Spirituality in the workplace
- Employee motivation and job satisfaction
- Virtual workplace and employee engagement
