The Journal of Fundamental & Applied Business Research explores current business topics of interest to business professionals, educators, and students. The journal draws from graduates and faculty of Liberty University’s business doctoral programs and seeks to publish peer-reviewed scholarly business articles. The editorial staff ensure that all information is presented in an objective and thought-provoking way, and from a carefully considered Christian worldview.

The Journal of Fundamental and Applied Business Research is inviting graduates and faculty of Liberty University to submit their research on the issues related to business administration, leadership, and organizational behavior. The proposed research topics include but are not limited to:

  • Organizational culture and climate
  • Leadership behavior and employee morale
  • Followership
  • Spirituality in the workplace
  • Employee motivation and job satisfaction
  • Virtual workplace and employee engagement
