Introduction
Welcome to the Winter '25-'26 issue of Bound Away! There has been such a increasing selection of superb research that more issues are required - a very good "problem" to have! My thanks to our contributors and I encourage LU history students to take a chance and submit your papers and book reviews for possible publication. Finally, as many of you are aware, the department is hosting the "250th Commemorative Conference - America's Founding: Legacy and Influence" the weekend of April 17-18. We have over thirty-five history students and faculty lined up to present papers on a wide variety of subjects. These will be published toward the end of the semester in a special commemorative issue of Bound Away. I am sure you will find it a treasure trove of valuable history of our nation!Articles
