Abstract
This paper aims to study the effects of the ranch church system to the growth and revival within a church by analyzing various cases of other churches organized as ‘ranch church’ among churches in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to propose methodology of a growth of the church which is necessary for Korean churches by describing and studying methods of relationships, nurture, services, mission works, training, etc. The Korean churches have gone through the growth and revival which are unparalleled in the world. However, there is a lack of the qualitative growth in proportion to sizes and numerical revival. It has been a long time since the churches lost its own missions in playing a role as light and salt of the world due to the lack of spiritual growth of Christians of churches. This study focuses on providing a righteous church model that might contribute to the quantitative and qualitative growth of Korean churches by analyzing and integrating various materials of churches of a ranch church and results of a ranch church system implemented for 5 years in Sungbok church that is operated as a ranch church.
