Description

As Artificial Intelligence becomes an increasingly prevalent voice in everyday life, recent research from Barna Group and Gloo reveals that nearly one in three U.S. adults considers spiritual advice from AI as trustworthy as counsel from a pastor, with even higher rates among Gen Z and Millennials. This study hypothesizes that most congregants lack a theological framework for evaluating AI-generated spiritual content, and that a structured, church-based discipleship intervention will produce measurable improvements in digital discernment, perceived spiritual growth, and relational connectedness.
