Research Week is a multidisciplinary annual event sponsored by the Graduate School, the Center for Research and Scholarship, and the Jerry Falwell Library. This event is designed to highlight excellent research and scholarship produced by Liberty University students.

  • 286 final presentations (120 poster presentations, 111 oral presentations, 17 juried art, 15 performing arts, and 23 three minute thesis)
  • 11 schools and colleges represented and 111 programs of study
  • 78 presentations from the School of Health Sciences, the most represented school or college
  • 55 presentations from the College of Arts & Sciences, the second most represented school or college
  • 40 presentations from the School of Communication & Arts, the third most represented schools or colleges
  • 20 presentations from Biomedical Sciences, the most represented program of study

Award Winners:

  • Presentations judged by 82 volunteer faculty judges
  • 26 first place honors: 12 Graduate and 14 Undergraduate
  • 25 second place honors: 11 Graduate and 14 Undergraduate
  • 20 third place honors: 7 Graduate and 13 Undergraduate
  • 3 People’s Choice honors
