Abstract
The following thesis will go through an artistic statement, an exploration of the novella form through different stories, and it will lead you to a novella that explores truth through a fictional story based loosely on a forgotten aspect of history. If you want to explore how truth impacts the world through both an analytical and a creative fictional lens, then please read on. Jack Audubon is a man seeking a new species, but he ends up having to fight for the truth. My aim is that the research half of this paper properly prepared me to write a novella of quality.
