Abstract
The World Health Organization recently declared an international crisis of prejudice, racism, and interpersonal violence. If you struggle with bullying and other forms of interpersonal violence including race or gender-based microaggression, this session will help you develop the awareness and skills to address the trauma and shame.
In this webinar, Dr. Sosin describes the impact of bullying and interpersonal violence on your mental health and wellness. Children, teens, and others who are impacted by interpersonal cruelty will benefit from this webinar which will provide self-care and treatment suggestions to help you cope.
