Abstract
The purpose of the study is to empirically examine the relationship between Industry 4.0 technology integration and supply chain performance outcomes among automotive supply chain managers and executives with at least five years of direct professional experience. The study is guided by three research questions addressing the extent to which Industry 4.0 adoption correlates with disruption frequency, the relationship between cybersecurity implementation and supply chain resilience, and the moderating effect of organizational technological capability on the relationship between Industry 4.0 adoption and operational efficiency. Data are collected through a validated electronic survey instrument using multi-item measures of Industry 4.0 adoption, cybersecurity maturity, disruption frequency, operational efficiency, and organizational technological capability.
