Abstract
A review of the current literature demonstrates that there are a variety of definitions of leadership, styles of leadership, and theories of leadership training. The purpose of this project is to review these definitions, styles and theories and propose a structure to develop that would be beneficial in constructing a leadership training program. This structure will then be utilized to develop an actual training program to be used by the North Baptist Church of Coming, New York.
