The mission of the Liberty University Digital Commons is capturing, preserving, and freely distributing the scholarship of our community.
What faculty say
“I believe that hosting my past publications on the Digital Commons has significantly increased my readership. I do not use the Digital Commons in place of traditional publishing outlets like peer-reviewed journals; I use it to make my journal articles, encyclopedia entries, and chapters contributed to multi-author works available to a wider audience. This is particularly useful to me because I have published a number of articles and chapters overseas. Without something like the Digital Commons, it would be nearly impossible for scholars and students in the U.S. to access these publications. Now they are readily available to anyone in the world who has internet access.”
