Abstract
Globalization is a rapidly growing phenomenon that impacts individuals, governments, and businesses. Businesses develop and run on polices implemented through HR and employee performance that drives efficiency. Therefore, the relationship between these two topics is vital to understand the adaptations that need to be made and why. Changes can be made on both a macro and micro level addressing each area of concern. Addressing the issue is the first step followed by implementation into HR polices through the employee handbook.
