Abstract
Dr. Kroll was born on January 7, 1943 in Pennsylvania. He attended Geneva College and went to France for two years as part of the American Youth for Christ program. He received his doctorate from Westminster Theological Seminary and did further graduate work at Dallas Seminary. He pastored in New England for ten years before coming to work at Liberty University in 1978. Dr. Kroll taught pastoral studies at Liberty University and the Theological Seminary. Dr. Kroll currently serves on the board of directors for the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism and is the pastor of Heritage Baptist Church in Lynchburg Va.
