Abstract
Interview 1.
Cline Hall was born in Roanoke, VA in 1936, son of a Southern Baptist pastor. His education includes degrees from Bluefield College, University of Richmond, and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He did pioneer mission work for Southern Baptist in southern Indiana. After teaching in two Southern Baptist colleges, Truett-McConnell College in Georgia and North Greenville College in South Carolina, he accepted a faculty position at Liberty University in the fall of 1977 and retired in 2011. During that time he was Chairman of the History Department. He is married to Beverly and they have one son and three grandsons.
