In honor of the 400 year anniversary of the King James Bible, Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia is celebrating its contributions to history, literature, culture, faith, and spiritual growth. You are invited to attend the two-day conference that will begin Friday afternoon September 30th and conclude on Saturday, October 1st. The keynote speaker will be Dr. David Bebbington of the University of Stirling who is widely published on the history of evangelicalism and just recently contributed a chapter to the forthcoming book The King James Bible and the World it Made edited by David Lyle Jeffrey. Scholars from a variety of disciplines will be presenting papers at the conference and special exhibits pertaining to the King James Bible will be on display.
