Abstract
As the old saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child." This is very true within the school system, and educators must understand the importance of parental and community involvement. This presentation focuses on a number of exciting and fun strategies for both beginning and veteran teachers on effective ways to incorporate parents and the community in the overall learning process
